Acronis Backup 11.5 managed vault not working after adding new disk to RAID array

Hello,  I am using a networked version of Acronis 11.5 with a server for the console and a local server for the vault.  The vault is on a RAID 5 array and I was having issues with disk space and needed to add additional drives.  Once the drives were added,  I now have an issue when I try to run a backup.  The backup starts,  and the progress meter shows it go up to 20%,  but it will never go above that.  

How should I proceed after the addition of more drives to the RAID array?

Hello Brad.

In this situation, I would strongly recommend that you update your Acronis Backup 11.5 version to the latest one. If this problem still persists after updating, then please contact Acronis Support Team: each hang should be investigated separately. In order for our support/development team to troubleshoot a lockup, they need process dumps and other logs listed in this article.
