Acronis BackUp 11.7 failes to back up occasionally
I've got a Acronis BackUp running on a customers server, which is likely to fail occasionally - once or twice a week.

Hello Vasily,
I ran an install/update via Kaseya and it installed the same Version as before onto the Server. Can I install this Acronis update manually or is there another way to get it to the version 11.7?

Hi Julian,
From what I've checked with our OEM team, Kaseya is using different Acronis Backup 11.5/11.7 builds in different setups, and there should be no difference between mainstream Acronis Backup builds and the ones used in Kaseya integration, so in theory installing regular latest build of Acronis Backup 11.7 should work porperly. However I'd still recommended you to check with Kaseya support team on proper way to update your particular Acronis Backup installation.

Thanks for the quick reply! :)
The odd thing I encountered today was the following: The version number of Acronis differs locally from Kaseya. Kaseya tells me, that the version 11.7.37977 is installed, but locally Acronis tells me the version installed is 11.5.37977.
But I will get in tough with the Kaseya Support for this matter.
