Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 cannot access Acronis Cloud for backup or restore
We are currently using Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5. An upgrade to 12.5 is planned, but not implemented yet.
We have two machines that back up their data to the Acronis Cloud. The backup has worked flawlessly for the last several months. We did a test restore from the Acronis Cloud onto a virtual machine on June 20th and that worked correctly.
Beginning Wednesday June 21, the backups to the cloud began failing. We receive various messages in the log, but this is the most common one:
Error code: 26
Module: 161
LineInfo: a0f87a51d6f9cdf7
Fields: $module : disk_bundle_vs_43994
Message: Failed to save the archive metainfo. You either do not have write access to the folder or it is unavailable at the moment.
All of the error message indicate that the backup location (the Acronis Cloud) cannot be written to.
We also cannot see any of our existing cloud backups when we use the Acronis Management Console to access the vault connected to our Acronis Cloud account. The management console tries for about 15 minutes, and finally says there is no content.
We have the same problem when we use the restore CD. It can sign in to our Acronis Cloud account, but it cannot see any of the backups for the two systems. The machines aren't listed and none of the backups for the machines are listed either.
When we sign in to our Acronis account on the web, the two machines are listed. We can see they are occupying the space they had before, so the backups still seem to be there.
Has anybody else seen this sort of issue where they can't get to the Acronis Cloud with Acronis Backup Advanced?
