Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 error after upgrade

Thread needs solution

After upgrading from Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 to 11.7 iam unable to access the Tape Backup Vault, and the the Data Catalog is empty. I have attached a screen shot of the error. kindly assist me resolve the problem

Hello Evans,

Is the Acronis Storage Node that manages this tape drive online? Are you able to create a new managed vault?
