Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 Recovery Not Showing All Files

Thread needs solution

I've got Backup Advanced 11.7 running on 2012 Server with Hyper-V.  All backups of VM's are completing successfully.  However, when creating a recovery task and I browse to a directory that has hundreds of excel files, it does not list all of the files.  It is missing hundreds of excel files.  I have sorted the view and listed them in alpha numeric and i'm positively sure all of the files that are supposed to be in that directory are not listed.  I am browsing from last night's backup as well as the previous two days before and am not seeing the files.  I noticed this after I had an employee request that I recover a single excel file for her in that directory.  I could not recover it because that file is not listed when I browse to it.  It's almost like there is a file limit per each directory in the backup or the recovery task.  I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing.  You will notice that I am scrolled all the way to the bottom and I can't view anymore.  The file view is sorted alpha numeric.  I should be seeing hundreds more excel files k2000's, k3000's, k4000's, etc.

Hello Clayton,

Acronis Backup 11.7 has a known limitation for items displayed in the recovery dialog. 5000 items is the maximum. We have a custom build based on version 50220 that supports 25000 items. You can download it under the following link https://access.acronis.com/t/57g6z4bh

Thank you,
