Acronis Backup and Recovery 11.5 Advanced Workstation--- failed to deserialize the task results due to empty data.
Hi
I am using Acronis Backup and Recovery 11.5 Advanced Workstation.
While carrying out a recovery, an error prompt "failed to deserialize the task results due to empty data".
What does it mean?

Hello HL Chow.
This error could signalize that your archive is corrupted. Thus, I suggest that you try recovering it using the latest available build (the one you use was compiled about 3 years ago). Otherwise, you can check if you can mount this archive and recover the data from there.

Hello HL Chow.
May I know where is this archive located?
I can not say it basing on pieces of logs that you posted except that it is located on a managed vault (as you mentioned above). Please share the full activity log from the client's side.
