Acronis BackUp Fails

Thread needs solution

I've got a BackUp Plan running at one of our customers. This one likes to fail a lot lately. When the BackUp is running the image location changes it's disk letter. The image location has the letter F:\ but during the BackUp it's being changed to B:\ causing the Plan to fail.

I attached a zip with the Logs from activities and events.

The Server is running R2 Small Business Server 2011 x64 Edition Service Pack 1 Build 7601 and the current Acronis Version installed is Acronis Backup Advanced (Version 11.5 Update 3) with the build number: 11.5.38573

Any help is much appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

thank you for attaching log details.

According to these logs, the error message which causes failure is " location URI 'F: \' is invalid". 

Please either change the backup path to "B:\" (or another drive letter that coincide with the actual backup location) in Backup plan. Otherwise (if the drive letter changes periodically) you may change its disk letter to "F" in Windows Disk Management.
