Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 - System(C:) Driver Backup error.

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

Built on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Server Acronis Backup & Recovery gives these errors when I try to take a backup of the C drive.

Help me please.

The message you posted is related to license issue. In your situation, the agent is not able to find a valid license in order to proceed with the backup. Please follow this article from our knowledge base to fix this.

In 2011, the Company purchased the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Server for Windows Bundle with Universal Restore incl AAP have licensed program is available.

Place of Purchase:Acronis International GmbH Rheinweg 9 8200 Schaffhausen Switzerland

System Image Is not it possible to get this license?

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry for the late reply, I was not in office last week.

You are using a standalone version, that do not work together with the Advanced Editions. 

Even you have no license server, please check the related registry key for the entries. It makes no difference if you have a standalone or Advanced edition. 

What build of this product you are using?
