[Acronis Backup]: Task 'Differential backup' has failed on machine
Hello guys I'm receiving this error i really don't know what to do can you help me please?
FileSrv is our shared database btw and its pretty huge in size around 400GB

I have checked the access and I can access the folder.
about the error tho. it seems that the backup file is created but the report says it has failed and this is not the first time this happening to me the same thing happens with different errors for instance:

according to the log file you posted above, the error message is "Message: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error" which indicates a hardware error. Please check it and try to back up to another physical location.
