Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Management Console - Serial Number is expired

Thread needs solution

I am running Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Management Console Version 1.0 (Build 239).

Recently I have been receiving an pop up box with the error message
"Serial Number is expired".

My serial number as far as I can see when I login to the Acronis page is still valid and working.

I currently have ABR 11.5 for exchange installed.

Any advice?

Could you please make more precise, what product are you using currently:

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Microsoft Exchange or Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange ?

In any case both of your licenses are perpetual, it means they have no expiration date.

Please check what license you are using. If it is trial change license to full one.

If the problem persists, send me a screenshot of the error message you receive.
