Advice re. Backup Advanced deployment

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I've been using Acronis Backup Advanced for a little while now, but I suspect rather inefficiently. I was hoping, if I summarise my backup workflow below, you could tell me if I'm doing anything silly, or if I could be doing anything better.

I run the storage node and management server on a single windows server, with 10gb of ram dedicated to the storage node.

Backups are of the server itself (about 1tb) , 4 windows laptops (2tb in total) and a 3tb NAS. Backups occur on a daily basis and via a GFS or TOH system.

I have two storage vaults, both on a fast permanently connected 8tb USB 3 drive. One vault has deduplication turned off, and contains the NAS backup only. The other has deduplication turned on, and contains everything else.

Once a month I do an offsite backup. I bring in another external drive, and export the latest backup of each computer to it, via the management server. This feels somewhat inefficient, and takes about a week. Is there a better way to do it?
