AMS 11.5: backup plan details show processed tasks as active

Using: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Management Server (Build 11.5.37975)

Several backup plans show old tasks as unfinished & running; when expanding the tasks the jobs all are shown as finished. This tasks can't be stopped (I think because they aren`t really running).
The whole backup plan is marked as inactive, status OK and finishing time is also ok.
When a new task is really active, it also shows up in the details, but it also disappears, when the task is finished.
AMS is monitoring only PC clients with local backup plans, not itself.

The troubleshooting script also shows no unfinished tasks.

Why is this happening?
Where comes this misleading information from?
How can I delete this wrong information?
How can I resolve this issue?

Cloning and deleting a plan is not an option, because the issue always comes back.

There are no well-known issues with such symptoms. This information is stored in DML database of Management Server and it's better to open a support ticket in order to find the root cause on and fix it..
