ARB11.5 - Unable to cleanup archive

My version is ARB 11.5 Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server (build 11.5 37687).

It works OK except for the fact it cannot cleanup/delete old archives.

I have this running on a Win2011 SBS server with SP1 and have setup retention rules that after 5 archives it will deleted/cleanup the oldest one.

Please advise the appropriate solution. Thank you very much!!!
