my backup can not complete.

Hi,
Could anyone help me, evrytime I rescan the tape I see in "Occupied space" section 0 bytes is like the tape is empty.

We are sorry to know that you've encountered with this issue. It is a known problem (ABR-207221) and a fix for it is not available yet. Please disregard this UI issue.

Ok, I got it, is there a workaround for this? I`m asking you because the final customer wants to know how much data in already on tapes? and the second question would be if there is a possibility of data loss?

Hello Andres.
This is GUI error and it could not lead to data loss.
As for the workaround, I suggest that you see the list of created backups and their size on this tape via Tape Management -> Tape pools, select the tape.

hi, will this issue be fix if I upgraded to 12.5 version?
