backups fail after renewing subscription

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis Backup and Recovery Workstation 11 with Backup and Recovery Online.  My year subscription ran out.  I renewed the subscription for another year. But now all my backups fail, no matter what I do.

I want to call tech support but I cant find a phone number.

Acronis was backing up fine without issues for a year. My subscription ran out. I renewed my subscription then I started getting these errors after a few minutes of backing up:

I deleted the backups I had stored on the online backup. I created a new backup plan. Now I get this error after 15 minutes:

How to renew an online backup subscription, you can see in this article from our knowledge base. You need to register the serial number first and then click on renew like described in the article.
