backups fail after renewing subscription
I have Acronis Backup and Recovery Workstation 11 with Backup and Recovery Online. My year subscription ran out. I renewed the subscription for another year. But now all my backups fail, no matter what I do.
I want to call tech support but I cant find a phone number.

How to renew an online backup subscription, you can see in this article from our knowledge base. You need to register the serial number first and then click on renew like described in the article.
