Backups not visible

Thread needs solution

We use an centralised managed vault on a storage node pointing to a NAS.
After creating the backup job (three generations), everything works fine for several weeks. After that, the actual backups are not visible in the depot view. The backups finish without any error message.
After changing the name of the archive in the job configuration and saving it, the archives are created and shown properly, but some weeks later the same issue occures.

Hi Rocco,

It's unclear yet what the problem can be related to (haven't seen such cases before). You should contact our support team for assistance with the screen shots illustrating the issue and the system report (https://kb.acronis.com/content/36248 ).

One thing to try is to use "unmanaged" vault instead of managed one (assuming that you don't use deduplication feature) - in this case the traffic will go directly from the backup agents into the vault instead of going through Acronis Storage Node machine and it may be more applicable to your case.
