blue screen after recovery.

Thread needs solution

Good Day, 

i have an HP 840G2. I backup the image using Acronis 11.7 and recovered onto HP840G3. However the 840G3 keep having blue screen and would not boot up. I even use the universal drivers and select the drivers CD from 840g3 but still unable to boot up. 

Please help.

Welcome to Acronis forums! Could you please take a photo of the blue screen (we're interested in the particular error message) and attach to the thread 

I'd start troubleshooting with the instructions from https://kb.acronis.com/content/45432
