can not enter system after recovery disk image
Hi support team:
i has a customer, it's name is Bosch of china. they were use Acronis Backup advanced for pc to protect their product line computer. the OS is windows XP SP2.
they use two method to backup these computer, hot backup and cool backup.the hot backup will install agent on the computer, and then backup it. the cool backup use Acronis bootable media for backup.
when they use hot method backup, it will be complete and success. but can not enter system after recovery.the information as attachment.
when they use cool backup, backup will be success and recovery will be fine, can be enter system.
so ,could you give me some suggestion for this problem. this is a very important customer for us .

As for why the issue occurs, I'd start with diagnosing the original system. Probably there are related messages in the Windows Event viewer that tell more about issues with the user profile. Next make sure, backup succeeds without warnings (for example about user folder not being backed up) - check the operation log after backup.
