Cannot delete backup data.

Thread needs solution

I tried Acronis Cloud backup about a year ago and ended up not using it as planned. I deleted all the backup jobs but now I get a daily email that I'm 747GB over quota and I can not for the life of me find where to go and delete this data so that I stop getting these alerts.

Welcome to Acronis forums! Under your account I don't see any active Cloud quotas. Do you have any other Acronis accounts (if yes, send me the registration email in a personal message) ? Could you also attach a screenshot of a notification you receive.
