Can't upgrade AgentCore 11.5 to 11.7

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have update m'y acronis backup advanded to the version 11.7 and now I start to upgrade the agent on Workstation but some agent won't upgrade.

For some PC's the log write :

Thank you for your posting! First of all I'd recommend checking the solution from the following article. If the issue persists, please remove the current installation with Acronis Cleanup Utility and re-attempt the installation.
