Deleted job is still creating archives

Thread needs solution

We experiencing the problem, that a job which has been deleted is still creating archives, what couses the other jobs to fail because of no disk space left.

We need help with this.

Hi Chris,

If it was a centralized backup task created while connected to Acronis Management Server (AMS), then it makes sense to check this task presence while connected directly to corresponding backup agent and viewing the tasks list. If the task is missing there as well, then please contact our support team for assistance and remember to collect system report (Help->Collect System Report) while connected to both AMS and the backup agent so that we had a full picture of what's going wrong.

Thanks for your reply, the task was indeed created via AMS, but also in AMS the task is not listet.

How do i contact the support?

P.S. The brute-force workaround in your case would be to remove/uninstall the backup agent (it's listed as machine under Physical Machines section in AMS) which unexpectedly runs backup tasks. First try removing the agent from AMS only and if it doesn't help then uninstall it and install back.
