[DUPLICATE] Microsoft Exchange MAPI Service Provider is deactivated

Hi,

i did have a problem to recover data, because Acronis did tell me that the MAPI Service Provider is deactivated.

I did have installed the Microsoft MAPI Package before the installation of Acronis. I did restart also the machine.

In the KB Database i could not find any information about it.

Please let me know how i can activate the MAPI Service Provider.
