Email notifications pop up error and won't even allow me to configure them

I've got my Exchange backup running successfully but would like to notified of successful or failed backups. I have been trying and searching forever to see why this won't allow me to configure. Every time I configure the parameters, I click the test message button and i'm immediately presented with an error 4(0x670004) stating that "E-mail address is incorrect. Check the e-mail address."

I have tried to use the defaults. I have have tried multiple different email addresses. Same results every time. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, you did not provide more information about your environment. Please ensure, that the user, you are using for email notification, exist and is visible in your MS Exchange database.

In addition, I want to inform you, that you please should register your Acronis product to be able to contact support if necessary. You can find information that is more detailed about your support options in our Customer Handbook.
