I'm trying to install the Exchange Agent on an SBS 2011, but immediately gets an error stating
_
TEXT_CHECK_CORE_AGENT_ERROR_DETAILS
TEXT_IMAGER_CORE_AGENT_NAME
_
and told to restart the installer.

Can the trial agent be used on a Small Business Server?
Is the problem caused by something else?

How do you install it? If you extracted .msi file of AcronisRecoveryAgentMSExchange, you need to install AcronisAgentCore first.

Just like you suspected it was the agent core that was missing. Thank you :)

I am now able to start the installer, but receives an error saying "Windows Powershell is missing or corrupted on this machine"
Acronis has an KB article on this and there are lots of posts elsewhere, but none of them work for me. I can't find anything wrong with Powershell, and the Exchange Management Troubleshooter agrees with me.

I'll do some more troubleshooting over the weekend, but if anyone has any good ideas on where to start it would be greatly appreciated :)
