Error Message when running an incremental Backup

Thread needs solution

Hello There,

I got an issue using Acronis Backup 11.7. There I got a task which started to Fail.

I was not able to find a solution for this error. Google was also of no help.

I hope someone can help me resolve this problem.

The Errordetails are as follows. I'm sorry but the install of Acronis is in german.

welcome to Acronis forums! First of all, please install the latest update https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-backup-117/acronis-backup-117-update-1-hf4-available that might already contain the necessary fixed code. 

If the issue persists, please check Windows Event logs (System and Application tabs). Are there events with the ID 1000 Application crash for 'service_process.exe'? If yes, it means that service_process.exe is crashing. All issues related to the crashing Acronis processes require more in-depth investigation with the help of Acronis engineers and RnD. Please raise a support ticket at https://www.acronis.com/en-eu/support/contact-us/  so that the support team can conduct investigation. Likely mu colleagues will ask you to collect diagnostic information from https://kb.acronis.com/content/45631
