Error: There are no licenses for backing up some of the selected data types

Thread needs solution

Hi been using this product line since 2012, we have had no issues until 2 days ago, now it says there are no licenses assigned, but when i go to add the license key (which is valid and i just checked on the acronis account) it says the licese is already imported to the license server.

Please help its urgentnt that we backup

Hello, try to find the license on License Server, Revoke it and then assign to the machine from Change License dialog.
