Currently experiencing this with Adv Backup Server Version 11.5.39029.
Appears after the password encryption is turned on for existing backup plan.
Any advice?

Do you still have old archives created without password, in this vault? Try to specify a new archive name for this plan. All archives in one plan must be either unencrypted or encrypted with the same password, changing password in a plan with existing archives is prohibited. (it's checked and disabled for local plans in the GUI, but it's impossible to do the same for centralized plans).
