Failed to Connect to Storage Node Errors After User Password Change on Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7

Thread needs solution

The user we use on our Acronis server was a local user account, and the password expired. It was reset, but now all the backups are failing with the error 'Failed to Connect to Storage Node'. Is this password manually set somewhere in the software that I just can't find? I've gone in and set a domain-level account on all of the Acronis services, with the exception of two - Acronis Storage Node service, because when I reset that one, I could no longer see any items in the backup vaults, and the Acronis Management Server service, based on what I saw with the ASN service.

I've also tried setting the new domain user credentials in the backup jobs, but that made no difference.

Looking for guidance on where to change the user associated with accessing the storage node.

We recommend re-adding this Storage Node to Management Server with a new password.
