Failed to Create Volume Snapshot

Thread needs solution

Forgive me if this has been covered in the past.  I am running Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7.  My machines are Windows 10 x64, and I perform only full backups.

My environment is small - just 27 computers.  I running both the management server and the storage node on the same system.  The backup location is a Synology Disk Station.  I space out my backups by 30 minutes.  From the look of last night's log, two other backups were running when this one started up.  This particular machine has failed with the same error seven times in the past month.  This is not the only machine that fails, but it fails more often than most.

Thank you in advance for the help.  Below you will find the error messages in the log:

Hello Jeremy,

I'd recommend starting with Acronis Backup: VSS Troubleshooting Guide which provides general troubleshooting steps on how to diagnose and resolve VSS issues. You may also try running the free Acronis VSS Doctor tool to check what it thinks about your VSS configuration and status.
