Full server backup and transaction logs reset?

Hi to all, i'm trying Acronis for Exchange but it've a question. The exchange server of my customer is also a file server (it's a little environment). If i do a full server backup image the transaction logs where not resetted and remain in the db folder...if i do a exchange db backup all i perfect but i can choose only the db backup. My question: Is there a way to simply backup all the machine and reset transaction logs in the same backup? Am i missing something?
