How to submit a post with a technical issue
Dear Acronis Customers,
If you create a post with a technical issue related to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server the following information would allow us to get a better understanding of the problem and provide you with a faster solution as the result:
- Screenshots of the error, settings or setup
- AcronisInfo report
- Type of backup
- Export of the log (open the management console, connect it to machine where the problem happened, go to “Log” item in navigation pane and hit “Save all to file”.)
- Export of the backup plan (open the management console, connect it to machine where the problem happened, go to “Backup plan and tasks” item in navigation pane, click right mouse button on a failed backup plan and hit “Export”.)
- Description of the environment (OS including the service pack number and version, Exchange version, cluster etc.)
- MAPI version
