I just can't do a backup at all

Thread needs solution

Hi to all

I have 1Tb trial, Acronis Backup for Anyserver to cloud, and I just can't do a backup at all.
I created a new backup job, selected all Disk 1, connected to Cloud Storage, selected Backup Scheme Simple, and then on backup options, put on Archive Protection, a password to encrypt it.

After 10 min, backup fails with this log:
Failed to execute the command.

Why?... I have recreated job, and cleared credential cache like 5 times, no luck.

Any suggestions?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Cloud Storage! I'll be happy to help! Please make sure that all hostnames and ports for the corresponding region (your datastore is located in Boston - US2) are accessible. You can simply use the Cloud connection verification utility. In case they cannot be accessed, see recommendations in this article and check what other entities (e.g. router, hardware firewall, ISP) may block them. If all prerequisites for the Cloud backup are met, but the issue persists, please contact our Support team.

Thank you!

Well, the Cloud connection verification utility said port 44445 did not succeed. Seems like the firewall is blocking it.

Thanks for the help!
