Impossible retrieve list of currently mounted volumes
Hi to all, I'm having this problem with my copy of Acronis Backup since the Windows 10 update.
In two words, I can't mount my daily backups because I receive the error I have attached to this topic; I receive the same error when I simply enter in the list of mounted volumes on the main column voice.
I didn't try to consolidate ( should I?) or to restore one of the backups, I suspect they are fine and problem comes from the program itself.
I'm running the last update of Acronis Backup 11.5, I tryed reinstalling the program anfter a wipe and with a brand new backup plan I receive the same error in the mount page, right after the first backup is completed.
No problems with the backup plan execution so far.
I tryed searching both error codes and messager on this forum and with google but with no results.
I have an Italian copy of the software so part of this error message is in italian.
Event codes should be the same for all the software versions, the two message under "disk_bundle_vs_43994" message are
"Unknow state" and "Impossible find the specified file"
