Incorrect Storage Node Ratio Statistics?

Thread needs solution

Hello,

We run Acronis Backup Advanced, when examining the statistics on our storage node; which is comprised of a Tape Vault and a Deduplicated Disk Vault, I am struggling to understand these ratios being given and they almost seem to indicate negative compression to a factor of ten? The information provided from the statistics tab is as follows:

Original data size: 429.5TB

Backed up data size: 37.73TB

Occupied space: 17.26TB

Deduplicated storage size: 5.168TB

Ratio: 1/2.18606

Compression ratio: 1/0.0973426

Deduplication ratio: 1/4.85038

While the sizes indicate that it is compressed, that ratio of compression seems to indicate it is >1000% larger than the original size?

It is worth noting that within each vault the statistics reported are different and seem more consistent. For the Deduplicated Disk Vault:

Backed up data size: 14.89TB

Compression ratio: 1:2

Deduplication ratio: 1:1.9

Ratio: 1:2

and the Tape vault:

Backed up data size: 22.84TB

Compression ratio: 1:1

However the 1:1 is to be expected as Acronis does not leverage Hardware Compression on tape devices yet, so all compression is done in the actual archive creation process.

Hopefully someone can provide some insight as to how it is intended to be read or if the statistics are in fact incorrect for one reason or another.
