Initial Install errors -

Thread needs solution

I have installed the server on a test VM Windows 2012 along with a test VM Windows 7. No firewalls, no Anti-Virus. In a Workgroup environment (no Active Directory).
I have copied the files from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\remoteInstaller\43994 to the client nd executed AcronisAgentCore.msi
I have then gone back to the Server and Executed Add a machine to AMS. I get the following error.
I have even gon to the extent of setting up matching local user accounts and passwords and making them a member of the "Acronis remote Users" group. I have attached an xml file as log.log

Hello Craig,

Thank you for your posting! First of all please uninstall all components installed via .msi-files and copy full installation .exe-file to the target-machine. We do not reccomend to install the software from .msi-files unless it's suggested as a troubleshooting step in case the normal installation is not possible. Run .exe installation file and select I want to manually select the Acronis components, choose Agent Core and Agent for Windows. After installation is completed, please check all prerequisites on both AMS and Agent and re-attempt the registration.
