License NFR Expired

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm getting the message error indicating that my license key has expired, but I'm using NFR license. Could you help me to fix this, please?

Hello Luis,

Thank you for your posting! A standard NFR license is valid for 24 months. Once the lifetime of the key expires, please request new keys on Partner Portal. Refer to the following article for more details.

Hello,

My NFR license for Acronis Backup Advanced Server 11.7 has expired. I sent an email for new keys to channels@acronis.com (twice) but not answer.

According to Acronis Partner Handbook you can request the NFR keys as follows:

NFR keys for your company can be found on our Partner portal.

  1. Please log in to the Partner Portal.
  2. Open Sales –> NFR keys –> My NFR Pack or just click this link: : https://partners.acronis.com/profile/nfrkeys.html
