New to Acronis Backup....is there any online training

Hello all,

I have just started with a company that has been running Acronis Backup and Recovery, advanced edition, virtual edition. I have never used this product before and do not know how it works.

I have been in contact with support and am working on getting our support/maintenance contract up to date as it has expired in December. I have relied on someone else to handle backups but they have not been reliable.

In the meantime, I have been fuddling through trying to understand how this product works, and finding out some of the fixes and patches that I need to put into place to make it work. However, I still do not understand it. I can not get any backups to work at all, and figure that I am doing something wrong. All the error message I get take me to acronis kb, where no futher information is available for my error.....grrrrr.

I am looking for some online training or a video walk through on how to use and configure this product. I kinda figure that it wasn't configured properly because our backups haven't been running properly for quite some time.

Is there something available?

If it already doesn't work and error codes are not in KB, videos most likely won't help you. They cover basic steps, like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kej04vFA3BM , and if you tried to configure a plan according to http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#707.html and it didn't work most likely error is somewhere else. You can post the error here and see if it helps.
