One W2K8 server with Exchange 2010 on second server. Agent only on second server?

Thread needs solution

I am in the process of installing a new W2K8 R2 AD domain controller (Server1) and a second W2K8 R2 server that will just have Exchange 2010 (Server2).

Do I purchase Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server and install that on Server1, but install the Exchange agent only on Server2? Will I be able to backup and recover Exchange on Server2 using the Acronis console on Server1?

-OR-

Do I have to purchase Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Windows Servers for Server1 and Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server for Server2?

Any advice gratefully received.
