Online replication completes but no data is shown

Thread needs solution

The replication completes successfully: "Command 'Replicating backups/cleaning up archives (1st location)' has completed successfully."

I chatted with tech support and they told me there was no data online!
My subscription shows Used quota: 0 MB.

I can't tell if the data is there or not.

I have an open case and I'm posting to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Build: 32266.
Backing up a server with Windows Server 2008 R2

I have a Backup plan that does a local backup to a NAS and then replicates to 2nd location using a server online subscription.

The replication sporadically has errors of "The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file."

But then: "The network connection is restored."

The replication completes successfully, but when I check subscription online, it shows empty.
