Paid for cloud backup but cannot get past trial subscription

Thread needs solution

have paid for and registered the serial number of this product.
Cannot follow the instructions that were sent with the Acronis acknowledging email.

3. Run Acronis Backup and activate your subscription from Actions menu

there is no actions menu that I can see.
I am using the backup Control Panel supplied with my purchase of Acronis 2015 true image.
Have tried contacting Acronis by phone and get shunted around until I always end up with their paid for support system.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Hello Alan,

I found your support case in our database. As far as I see the difficulties cuased by the fact that you accidentally purchased wrong subscription.

For Acronis True Image 2015 you need consumer subscription. Acronis Backup for PC to Cloud can be activated only with Acronis Backup application.
