Problem writing on a NAS (QNAP)
Hi there,
since a week I've big problems saving my server on a QNAP NAS. Launcing interactively backup job works fine, scheduled task allways fails.
Error I get is "The host is unreachable. Trying to reestablish network connection...".
I tried all I konw: accessing NAS via Network share, FTP... using NAME, using IP Address... I have no idea more.
FYI: I use builtin admin account for NAS access (and password is good).
Could someone please help me?

thank you for answering.
here you are services situation:
Acronis Managed Machine Service -> Local System
Acronis Remote Agent Service -> Local System
Acronis Removable Storage Management Service -> Local System
Acronis Scheduler2 Service -> domain user, with backup operaton rights on my server and domain access (via LDAP) on nas folder
Acronis VSS Provider (nott running, manual startup) ->Local System

PS: I see new 11.7 version, is the Update free?

Hello Giulio,
This problem is most probably caused by service user privilages. The Managed Machine Service should not be running under Local System. Please check the following from our online documentation.
The 11.7 version is a free update, yes.

Hi Igor, Hi guys,
I installed 11.7 version and changed user for the services.
Now backups don't start at all and I get this error in Event Log:
Error code: 3008
Module: 9
LineInfo: 9e5d09f7da87d0c
Fields: $module : mms_vs_44397
Message: Cannot run the task because the task requires a user to be logged on.

Hello Ekaterina,
at the end I completely uninstalled Acronis Software and performed a new fresh installation of verison 11.7.
I deleted all old repository made new backup plans and now all seems ok and backup is running good.
