Recovery - Cannot find network location

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

We have been using Acronis for some time now but never had a proper DR procedure and testing setup. I am currently trying to get this in order, but when booting from the Recovery Media disc I created with Acronis Backup 11.5 (in Acronis Media Builder), and I get to the step to select the backup files I just get an error message when trying to open the network located vault.

I am attaching the image taken after trying to open the vault. Can anyone possibly assist or give me more insite as to what the error is trying to tell me is wrong?

What is the lowest level error message (this is not clear from you screen-shot)

I would also suggest going through this troubleshooting guide.

Allright, so I have isolated the problem to the network drivers not loading and thus there is actually no network connectivity. I have been trying to find the correct driver for this motherboard but it is not working. I am not sure if I am selecting the correct driver file as theres so many in the download?

Motherboard is a Intel Server board, S1200BTS, not sure if anyone has some insight on it?

Are you using the default Linux bootable media or a WinPE media? If it is the Linux bootable media, which build are you using? I suggest trying the latest one.
