Road Warrior scenario
PLEASE MOVE TO 11.7, sorry ...
Facts: I have 70 laptops to back up.All laptops are not connected to the network most of the time, but with gauges.
My idea: Make a backup on the laptop every Monday in a local folder on the hard drive
If the laptop is then connected to the LAN, there is a script that copies this data to the server
This does not work.
The client has been assigned a license by the server and reports that the license server is down.
How can I achieve this so that users do not have to wait for the image to be created?

"1–60 days as specified by the configuration Parameters"
How can i adjust that ?
My Clients Report after 1 week that no license Server ist available....
"Thus, you should arrange that once a month your laptops are connected to the LAN on Monday at backup time."
Is it posiible to renew the License by script, without making an Image ?

What is the version of Acronis Backup 11.7 for PC you use on these laptops: Advanced or Standard?
The Advanced version will always ask for a license before a backup. Since your laptops are not connected to the LAN most of the time, you could install Acronis Backup 11.7 Agents for Standard version. They will ask for a license once while installation and then continue to back up your laptops in offline mode without asking the License Server.

If you want to install Agents of a Standard edition, you'll need to download a separate .exe. Installation files can be found in your personal account, see https://kb.acronis.com/content/2900 Here you'll also find information on Difference between Acronis Backup 11.7 Standard and Advanced
