Hello CalRog, Hello Gregors Admin,
Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you.
@CalRog: You first have to activate your online backup subscription, before you can create a valid initial seeding backup. You will find more information about in this article from our knowledge base.
@Gregors Admin: You have to modify it to incremental, not simple in order to upload the backups the the same backup-chain. When changing it to simple, the program wants to create a new fullbackup and might fail because of the same name.
If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.
If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.
Thank you.
