Tape support is buggy in Acronis boot iso ver 11.7

Hi !

Sometimes ago we upgraded from 11.5 to 11.7.

We tried to recover some backups from our tape library and found out that we could not do this with Acronis boot iso (version 44409 and 44421). We got the error (see attachment). We tried different tape devices the result was the same.

Everything is working fine when:

1. Boot iso's version is 11.5 (I checked two builds. Both work fine);

2. Disk agent's version is 11.5 (Boot iso ver. 11.5 can't recover information from disk agents ver. 11.7);

3. Storage node's version is 11.7.
