Hello,

I registered for the trial version of Acronis Online Backup and installed Backup & Recovery on my server system.
Then I created a backup job.

But every time I start the backup it results in an error message:

Is there anything I have to configure? Is ther a special firewall port which must be opened to access the online storage?

I tried the backup several times but this message occurs a few minutes after I started the backup job.

How long ago it was? Error indicates that you use Backup & Recovery 11, while trial download for Backup & Recovery Online should be 11.5 build 32308 (the latest current version). List of ports and servers is here http://kb.acronis.com/content/4350 (note that successful ping does not always mean that a host will be accessible on the required port, use telnet to be sure)
