Unable to Activate Subscription

I have done all steps on these instructions: http://kb.acronis.com/content/30456
but I can't do #7 which is to Activate a subscription on mu machine. It just won't show me the 1TB subscriptions even though it show as an "Activated subscription" on my account (web browser). What can I do? I can selected the account as an "Alternate Location" on my backup plans but I still get a warning that I need to activate the subscription and the plan will fail when copying the backup to the online storage.

What to do?

If it is in shown as 'activated' subscription, not in 'available' , then it's already activated on some other machine, and you need to reassign in to yours. If there are no subscriptions at all, I'd contact support in this case.
