Unable to restore mailbox to PST from backup

Thread needs solution

Greetings,

When trying to restore a mailbox from a pervious backup to a PST locally, it takes literally hours and then fails with the following errors:

Welcome to Acronis user forums! Do you have Acronis Backup 11.7 for Windows Server (Agent for Windows) - not Advanced, a standalone editionand Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 for Exchange Add-On Upgrade (Agent for Exchange) installed on the same machine?

We have Acronis Backup (Version 11.5 Update 5) installed which includes Acronis Backup 11.5 Agent for Exchagne and Acronis Backup 11.5 Agent for Windows

But yes, both are installed on our Exchange server.

So, just an update, I was able to restore to the mailbox just fine but still unable to restore to PST.
