Unable to Update Acronis Backup Build 11.7.50220

I am unable to update my Acronis Backup Build 11.7.50220. Please see the attached log file.

I seem to gave lost the logs from the install.
However, I have been unable to update Acronis Backup from version 11.7.50220.
How should I go about doing the update?

Hello Grayson,
without at least an error message it's difficult to advise on what could have gone wrong. In general, it's recommended to check the downloaded installation file for integrity , temporary disable the anti-virus software and run the installation file as Administrator (click Run as Admin, as just being logged in with the administrative account in the system might not be enough).
Alternatively, you can re-install the software from scratch. If the issue persists, please capture a screenshot of the displayed error message and collect the installation log as described here.

I have tried re-installing the software from scratch as Administrator. The installation still fails. Please see attached lo files.

Thank you for sharing the installation log. I've checked it and found the following message
1: `anonymous-namespace'::GetRelatedProduct: Failed to get product code for upgrade code '{68570624-FB5C-461A-9E93-CBF72D865412}', index 1 with error: 259
such messages usually mean that the registry entries from the old installations are still there and prevent the correct update of the affected registry keys. Check out Acronis Products: Installation Fails While Installing Over a Previously Deleted Product for more details and how to solve the issue.
I'd strongly recommend doing a backup (you can use a bootable media) of the PC in question prior any changes in the registry, just to be on the safe side.
