Unknown Win32 Error - Backups failing every other day

Thread needs solution

Hello,

We are using Acronis Backup 11.7 for our Windows workstation that acts as a server. For the past year, it has been succeeding and failing randomly, seems like every 2 or 3 days, with very generic error codes. I had thought I fixed it after upgrading from 11.5 to 11.7 as it succeeded for 2 weeks straight. Now it is failing again with the same log. I have created a new plan, upgraded to 11.7, and disabled and re-enabled VSS to troubleshoot but to no avail.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
